1. Select the Services tab at the bottom to see your permits. Then under My Permissions, select Pooling Permit.
2. The pooling permit automatically covers all vehicles in your account. If your permit is for a parking facility with camera recognition, please ensure that your vehicle has camera recognition enabled. If your permit is for a start-stop location where parking is manually initiated, see the next step.
Starting the parking manually
Find the parking location you want to park at in the application under Park, and search for it by name or address. Use the slider to select the desired end time for your parking and from the bottom left corner, select the vehicle you want to start the parking with.
To end your parking, open your parking details in the app and press Stop parking. The parking charge will be added to your company’s invoice.
Parking at locations with camera recognition
Drive into the camera recognition equipped parking location. The camera recognises your vehicle’s licence plate number and starts the parking session.
Upon exiting, the camera recognition will recognise the vehicle’s licence plate number, the parking will end and the charge will be added to the company’s invoice.
If the parking facility has an access code, you can find it in the app by opening your parking details and dragging the white bottom bar upwards.
